JOSH COOMBES

Bio

Josh grew up and lives in Weybridge, Surrey where he first picked up the sticks at the age of 11. It didn't take long before he was already playing live with the Jazz and Concert bands in school and with his love of rock music, he soon became a founding member in a band that would go onto record two records and play many shows before turning 16. During this time he carried on playing in the school bands which gave him his first opportunity to tour Europe at the age of 15.

After finishing his GCSE's, he auditioned for the world famous 'Tech Music Schools', now in association with BIMM in London where he would go on to graduate from the Diploma and Master Performance before turning 19. Since leaving the school and taking everything he learned with him, he has played for various bands, both his own and as a session drummer. This work has gained him even more studio and tour experience and has taken him around the world playing shows.
